How will I know my order has been received and is being processed?
Once your order is confirmed, you receive an email with purchase details and processing information. Orders are packed and ready for shipment within 0–1 business days (Monday–Friday).

How long will it take for my order to arrive after it has been shipped?
After shipment, orders arrive within 6–9 business days (Monday–Friday).

Which carriers are used for delivery and is tracking available?
We partner with UPS, FedEx, and USPS to handle deliveries. Tracking is provided so you can monitor your package at every step. Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and route.

What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time?
If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, allow an extra 3 business days and check the tracking information. If the shipment has not arrived, contact Longbeach Mode with your order number for assistance.

What is the return policy for items I purchased?
You can return products within 30 days of receiving your order. To begin a return, email us at support@longbeachmode.com with your order details. Items should be unused, unwashed, in original condition, and include all tags and packaging. Returns requested after 30 days may not be accepted.

How and when will I receive my refund for a returned item?
After we receive and inspect your returned items, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process.
