How will I know my order has been received and is being processed?

You'll get a confirmation email right away with all your order details and what's happening next. We pack everything up and get it ready to ship within 0–1 business days (Monday–Friday).

How long will it take for my order to arrive after it has been shipped?

Once it ships, expect your order to show up within 6–9 business days (Monday–Friday).

Which carriers are used for delivery and is tracking available?

We work with UPS, FedEx, and USPS to get your stuff to you. You'll get tracking info so you can follow your package the whole way. Keep in mind that delivery times can vary depending on which carrier handles it and where it's going.

What should I do if my order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery time?

Give it a few extra days-up to 3 business days-and check your tracking. If it still hasn't shown up, reach out to us at Long Beach Mode with your order number and we'll help you figure it out.

What is the return policy for items I purchased?

You've got 30 days from when you receive your order to send something back. Just email us at support@longbeachmode.com with your order info to get started. Items need to be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and come with all the tags and packaging. After 30 days, we can't accept returns.

How and when will I receive my refund for a returned item?

Once we get your return and check it out, we'll send your refund back to your original payment method. It usually takes up to 10 business days to process.
