Return & Refund Policy

• Return Window: You may return products within 30 days of delivery.
• No Restocking Charges: Returns do not incur any extra fees.
• Refund Processing: Refunds are completed within 10 business days after we receive your return.
• Return Shipping: Customers cover the cost of shipping items back.

How to Return Items
You can return products within 30 days of receiving your order. To begin a return, email us at support@longbeachmode.com with your order details. Items should be unused, unwashed, in original condition, and include all tags and packaging. Returns requested after 30 days may not be accepted.

Before sending anything back, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without prior approval may be refused. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your items safely. Be sure to package products securely to prevent damage during shipping. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned items, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process. No restocking fees will apply, though your bank may take additional time to complete the transaction.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, email support@longbeachmode.com with details of the product you want as a replacement. Our team will guide you through the process to make it smooth and straightforward.

Cancelling an Order
To cancel an order, email us at support@longbeachmode.com as soon as possible. Orders can generally be canceled before processing or shipment. If the order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow the return process after delivery.

Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or with the wrong item, take clear photos of the product and packaging and send them to support@longbeachmode.com. We will arrange a replacement or send the correct item at no extra cost.
