Shipping Policy

• Order Cut-Off: Orders placed by 4:00 PM EDT on business days (Monday–Friday) are processed the same day. Orders submitted after this time begin processing the next business day.
• Processing Time: Orders are prepared within 0–1 business days (Monday–Friday). During high-demand periods or special situations, processing may take slightly longer.
• Delivery Timeline: After shipment, orders arrive within 6–9 business days (Monday–Friday). Timing may vary due to weather, courier operations, or other unforeseen factors.
• Free Shipping: Longbeach Mode provides free shipping for all orders within the United States.

Order Handling and Tracking
Once your order is confirmed, you receive an email with purchase details and processing information. Orders are packed and ready for shipment within 0–1 business days (Monday–Friday). A shipping confirmation with tracking information is sent when the package leaves our facility. After shipment, orders arrive within 6–9 business days (Monday–Friday).

Shipping Carriers
We partner with UPS, FedEx, and USPS to handle deliveries. Tracking is provided so you can monitor your package at every step. Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and route.

Delayed Shipments
If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, allow an extra 3 business days and check the tracking information. If the shipment has not arrived, contact Longbeach Mode with your order number for assistance.

Cancelling an Order
To cancel an order, email us at support@longbeachmode.com as soon as possible. Orders can generally be canceled before processing or shipment. If the order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow the return process after delivery.

Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or with the wrong item, take clear photos of the product and packaging and send them to support@longbeachmode.com. We will arrange a replacement or send the correct item at no extra cost.
